I have been thinking about moving to Florida for a while now and I really want to live near the beach. I now there are a lot of beach cities in FL that are very expensive but I was wondering if there were any beach cities that are on the cheaper side that have more affordable houses. I am not looking for something right on the water but close by and reasonably priced.

I will be moving to Orlando in 6 months for a new job. I have a child in elementary school and I want to make sure the new neighborhood we move to in Orlando is close to a good school. Where can I view the elementary schools in the Orlando area and also see there school grades?

I am currently looking to buy a new home in Florida and I am very concerned about the house being in a flood zone. Where can I find reliable information on Florida flood zones and more importantly search flood zones by address so I can see if the particular houses I am interested in are in a flood zone or not.
